The Supervisor/Manager Training Program policy (DOP-P18) ensures that WV State Government supervisors and managers complete a defined program of training to ensure public funds are spent well and public services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The Program is designed to provide supervisors/managers the knowledge and tools to competently organize, direct, monitor, and evaluate the personnel and programs for which they are responsible.
While mangers/supervisors can independently complete the courses below to achieve compliance, the Division of Personnel offers a dedicated cohort where participants completes all requirements over the course of one calendar year. For additional information on the Cohort Program, click here or email dop.registrar@wv.gov.
