Course Description:

Are the members of your team working as effectively as they should? Are they learning new skills and increasing their knowledge on a regular basis? If the answer is no, this program can help. Coaching and Developing Employee Performance is designed to help you improve the performance of your employees and facilitate learning and development. You will learn how to establish goals, apply well-researched coaching models, and use specific performance counseling strategies for dealing with dysfunctional behavior.
