Course Description:

This program offers evidence-based principles and strategies that drive change in work teams. It also provides approaches for guiding continuous ​improvement projects, facilitating employee adaptability, and enhancing performance.

Leading Change will answer questions like:

  • How can I create urgency and momentum for change?
  • How can I deal with obstacles and resistance?
  • How can I help members of my team become more flexible and adaptable?
  • How can I maintain healthy relationships in the midst of disruptive change?

You will also learn:

  • How to assess your team's readiness for change;
  • How to enhance communication and provide guidance;
  • How to draw upon key sources of energy to make change successful; and
  • How to incorporate learning and innovation into your team's daily operations.

In a time of tremendous volatility and uncertainty, leaders are required to  improve the adaptability and effectiveness of their teams. Leading Change in Turbulent Times provides a roadmap you can use to facilitate teamwork and create added value.​​

This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.
