Course Description:

What is the connection between an unsafe workplace and your agency's insurance premiums? What are the most common sources of employee injuries? What can you do to reduce risk and liability associated with an unsafe workplace?

In order to maximize productivity and protect the well-being of employees, supervisors and managers must ensure they maintain a safe work environment.

This class will show you how to create such an environment for your employees. You will receive practical aides for preventing unsafe conditions in the workplace. You will also receive an agency safety initiative model. Finally, you will learn how to create and execute an agency emergency response procedure.
