Poster Guidance - Families First Coronavirus Response Act


In accordance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act effective April 1, 2020, each employer shall post and keep posted, in conspicuous places on the premises of the employer where notices to employees are customarily posted, a notice, of the requirements described in this Act.  An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.  The poster should be posted or otherwise presented to employees no later than seven (7) days after enactment of the Act.  A printable version of the poster may be found on the West Virginia Division of Personnel website at: or at the Department of Labor website:
