DOP Releases Employment Verification Forms

The Division of Personnel (DOP) has released two new forms to better assist agencies in employment verifications. These two new forms are the DOP V1 and the DOP V2, which will provide a standardized approach to employment verifications for both DOP covered agencies and non-covered agencies.

The DOP has been working with the State Auditor's Office and State Budget Office to provide training on these new forms.
