The mission of the WV Division of Personnel is to:

  • Support state agencies in employing and retaining individuals of the highest ability and integrity.
  • Provide effecient and effective governmental services for the citizens of West Virginia.
  • Create an environment that engenders trust and confidence at all levels. 
  • Create an environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
