Current and Former State Employees

The Division of Personnel also maintains job postings for current and former state employees. To qualify for an internal position, you must meet one of the following criteria: 

•  have previously been employed by the State of West Virginia and have surpassed the probationary period to become certified permanent; or, 
•  are currently working as a state employee and have surpassed the probationary period to become certified permanent.
