The Division of Personnel (DOP) is happy to announce the new Guide to Verifying Physician/Practitioner Statement (DOP-L3) or Medical Documentation is now available. This guide is intended to be used as a reference and procedural guidance for verifying physician/practitioner statements pursuant to the need for such a statement as authorized by the DOP Administrative Rule, W. VA. Code R, §143-1-1 et seq.​
