Telework Sample Documents Now Available

To assist agencies in developing agency-specific telework policies and agreements, the Division of Personnel has developed sample documents, including Telework Guidelines, Policy, Telework/Alternate Worksite Request Form, and a Program Agreement Form.  The sample forms and policy may be found at ​​https://personnel.wv.gov/forms/Pages/TeleworkSamples.aspx​.​
