Revised Pay Plan Policy, Effective July 1, 2017


The Division of Personnel Pay Plan Policy (DOP-P12) has been revised to assist agencies in recruiting and retaining qualified employees. One of the major revisions is that discretionary increases to address internal pay equity will be available every 12 months for qualifying employees. A section was also added to allow agencies to provide an overtime adjustment for an eligible employee not to exceed 10% in a 12-month period as needed to meet the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) salary threshold for overtime exemption.
