​Proposed amendments to the West Virginia Division of Personnel Administrative Rule (143CSR1) have been filed with the Secretary of State and Legislative Rule-Making Committee.  The proposed rule can be accessed on the Secretary of State's website and is open for public comment until June 30, 2015.
