Positions No Longer Covered by the West Virginia Division of Personnel

Due to recent legislation, positions hired after January 1, 2024, for the newly established West Virginia Department of Health Facilities and the West Virginia Department of Human Services' Bureau for Social Services will not be covered under the Division of Personnel's​ Merit System.​
