On November 25, 2022, the Governor issued a Proclamation terminating the March 16, 2020, State of Emergency Declaration related to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus effective January 1, 2023. Pursuant to the authority delegated by the Governor in his Declaration:
The West Virginia Division of Personnel (DOP) does hereby provide notice that the emergency rules and statute regulations suspended by the State Personnel Board effective March 26, 2020, shall be REINSTATED effective January 1, 2023.
