Division of Personnel Develops Interactive Learning for Fair Labor Standards Act

​The West Virginia Division of Personnel has developed an interactive learning blast describing amendments to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) that will be effective December 1, 2016.
 
This brief, interactive learning experience allows users to review all the amendments or pick and choose the questions/issues that are most pertinent to them. The Division of Personnel hopes that agency supervisors, managers, and HR professionals will find this a useful tool in determining what action is needed to be in compliance with the amended FLSA.
