Division of Personnel Administrative Rule Amendments

Changes will soon be coming to the West Virginia Division of Personnel's Administrative Rule. HB 4046, the bill that authoritzes amendments to the Rule, completed legislation on March 12, 2016 and was signed by Governor Tomblin on March 29, 2016. It is anticipated that the Administrative Rule will be filed with the Secretary of State with an effective date of July 1, 2016.
