DOP Admin Rule and Pay Plan Policy Effective July 1, 2016

​The West Virginia Division of Personnel (DOP) Administrative Rule (143CSR1) has been revised and becomes effective July 1, 2016. The Rule and accompanying summary of amendments are available here.
 
In conjunction with the Rule revisions, the DOP Pay Plan Policy has also been revised and will be effective July 1, 2016. The Rule and Policy have been amended to clarify certain sections, improve consistency, address statutory revisions, and generally, to improve DOP guidance in response to needs expressed by both agencies and employees.
