Password Problem: Applicant Locked Out of Account

As an applicant, you try to log in and apply for a job, but have forgotten your password and not followed the steps to reset it. After numerous attempts to log in, you will be locked out of your account.

If this happens, please contact NEOGOV Customer Service at 855-524-5627 for assistance.​

The Division of Personnel is unable to reset your account. We also do not keep records of applicant passwords, so be sure to always keep your login information in a safe, secure place.
