​Password Problems: I forgot my password! A key part of the online application process is having a strong, secure password. If you want to log in and apply for a job, but have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

• Click “Reset Password" below the “Sign In" button.
• Enter your email address. 
• Click on the Reset Password button.

You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. (This link is only valid for 72 hours.) Click the link, enter your new password, then confirm it. Once this is complete, you can log in to your account.

The Division of Personnel does not keep records of applicant passwords, so be sure to always keep yours in a safe and secure place.
