Veterans Information​

Your military service may qualify you for additional points on your application(s). In order for us to verify your service-connected disability, please provide the Division of Personnel with one or both of the following documents:

• DD-214 Member Copy 4  - This is used to verify the Character of Service and qualifying discharge. It is also used to verify eligibility for points if you received a Purple Heart Award. 
• If claiming a service-connected disability, please provide a letter from Veterans Affairs dated within the past six (6) months stating that you are being compensated.​​
