Online Testing Registration​

If you apply for one of the few positions that require an online test, you will receive two (2) emails from CourseMill. One of these is a Registration email, which will include a User ID and password which will allow you to take the exam. The second email will notify you of your enrollment for the exam.

Here are steps that can help with the online testing process:​

  • Be sure to check your email inbox, as well as your junk/spam folders, on a regular basis so you don't miss any of these messages. This is especially important since you have three (3) days from the date of the “Enrolled in Course" email to take the required exam.
  • You must use ChromeEdge, or Firefox browsers. Do NOT use a phone or tablet to take the exam.
  • You must use the email address that you used to submit your application on the Division of Personnel website.
  • When logging into CourseMill, do not create an account.  This may cause issues with accessing your test.
  • If you have password issues, you can click on the “Forgot Password" link & reset password.
