Attention - All Interested in Applying for Clerical Titles

​Please note that, effective April 1, 2023, applicants will no longer be required to take an online test or typing test for the following titles:

• Office Assistant 1, 2, and 3
• Administrative Secretary
• Secretary 1 and 2

All you will need to do is complete the online application and answer the supplemental questions for any of these titles. If you qualify for the position, your name will be placed on the eligibility register for possible referral to hiring agencies. The hiring agency may administer a typing test as part of their interviewing selection process, if applicable.
