Administrative Rule Revision Video Available

​Joe Thomas, Deputy Director of the WV Division of Personnel, has recorded a detailed video presentation about the July 1, 2016 Administrative Rule revisions. It has an interactive Table of Contents allowing the viewer to select specific topics. This project was coordinated by Monica S.Ashford of the WV Division of Personnel Office of Human Resource Development.
