With today’s workforce spanning five generations, it has created a complex dynamic in which many leaders are struggling to bridge the gap. As life expectancy and retirement ages rise, age diversity will only increase. It is now vital to proactively address the discord that can arise from these differences.

This comprehensive course will expand managers' and supervisors' abilities by focusing on:

  • Uncovering the main factors responsible for generational differences;
  • Learning multiple techniques to enhance intergenerational understanding; and
  • Developing skills needed to lead a multigenerational workforce.
