Course Description:

Is your organization fast-paced and you and your staff have to juggle multiple projects simultaneously? Are your employees struggling to keep up? Are balls getting dropped? What if your employees are only part of the problem? What if you as a supervisor/manager have more influence over the success of your staff than you believed?

This 6-hour class takes an active look to address your current time management approaches and gives you options that fit you and your staff's lives. It also takes a closer look at understanding the pitfalls associated with bad time management and how to avoid them.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the supervisor's role in an employee's time management;
  • Identify time management issues with employees;
  • Establish new strategies for better time management; and
  • Engage in using tools for more efficient time management.​


 

Audience & Applicability:​

This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.​
