Course Description:
Looking at that ever-growing to-do list? Unable to even find where to start? Reviewing your current time management strategies and reassessing your game plan can help increase your productivity, help avoid procrastination, and -- most importantly -- relieve unneeded stress.
This three-hour course takes an active approach to address your current time management skills and gives you options that fit your life. It also takes a closer look at understanding the pitfalls associated with bad time management and what to avoid.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the meaning and importance of time management;
- Identify perceived myths of time management;
- Understand the differences between deep and shallow work;
- Establish new strategies for better time management; and
- Engage in using tools for more efficient time management.
Audience & Applicability:
This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.
