Course Description:
The speed and scope of changes in work bring complexity, volatility, and uncertainty to our lives. This leaves many of us asking the question, how do we survive and thrive through this unprecedented time of change? What habits do we need to build right now as we navigate the coming weeks, months, and years?
This program is designed to help you understand the concept of resilience and develop a few key skills to improve your resilience bench-strength to support yourself and colleagues through these challenges and beyond. Through a combination of live meetings, outside readings, and activities, you will participate in an interactive virtual training class where we will offer skills, tools, and strategies that are critical to building resilience in changing times.
Audience & Applicability:
This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.
