Course Description:
Today’s world is characterized by change that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. In the midst of these conditions, we are challenged to maintain our focus, motivation, and strength.
Our success at achieving those goals depends greatly on our ability to adapt to adversity with greater resilience. But what factors actually contribute to such resilience? And what techniques are available that can help us respond to life’s challenges in effective ways?
This program will answer these questions.  In it, you will learn how to:
  • Employ alternatives to the “fight, flight, freeze” stress response;
  • Use methods that harness three powerful sources of strength in times of change; and
  • Create an action plan to facilitate positive responses to change.
The program will offer opportunities to try research-based strategies that can help you recover from stress and develop a heightened degree of “grit.” With ongoing application and practice, these strategies can help you enhance your ability to respond to the challenges that lie ahead.
Sign up today for Building Resilience and learn how you can respond to life’s challenges in creative and adaptive ways.
