Course Description:

This program is designed to help participants learn concepts of leadership through the viewing of a classic or contemporary film.

Participants will:

  • Identify elements of leadership captured in the film and relate them to real-life situations; and
  • Learn adaptive leadership strategies.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Improve team performance and engagement; and
  • Use collective intelligence to enhance creativity, solve problems, make decisions, and manage conflict.


 

Audience & Applicability:​

This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.
