Help Program

The Help Program is a supportive service offered to managers and supervisors to assist in completing their DOP-P18 required trainings. The program is intended for those who have already taken one or more required training courses and are seeking structured guidance to complete any remaining courses.

With the Help Program, learners will be given a history of courses already completed as well as any outstanding required courses. They can then receive a customized training plan and scheduling options based on current progress and scheduling needs/completion goals.
