Course Description:
Do you find it difficult to clearly identify and solve complex problems successfully? Would you like your entire team to more efficiently approach the problem-solving process?
Creative Problem Solving is designed to guide supervisors and employees through the process of creative problem analysis by following a research based creative problem solving method. The participants will use the method to clearly identify and define workplace problems so that steps to correct the problems may be successfully implemented. This program is an excellent pre-courser to Project Management Primer: Communication Essentials.
In this program, you will:
- Examine problems from different perspectives;
- Apply a step-by-step creative problem-solving process;
- Work within a team to analyze problems; and
- Adopt habits of creative thinking.
Audience & Applicability:
This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.
