Course Description:

Do you find it difficult to clearly identify and solve complex problems successfully? Would you like your entire team to more efficiently approach the problem-solving process?

Creative Problem Solving is designed to guide supervisors and employees through the process of creative problem analysis by following a research based creative problem solving method. The participants will use the method to clearly identify and define workplace problems so that steps to correct the problems may be successfully implemented. ​This program is an excellent pre-courser to Project Management Primer: Communication Essentials.

In this program, you will:

  • Examine problems from different perspectives;
  • Apply a step-by-step creative problem-solving process;
  • Work within a team to analyze problems; and
  • Adopt habits of creative thinking.


 

Audience & Applicability:​

This course is designed for and fully applicable to both classified and classified-exempt employees. All content, examples, and guidance are relevant regardless of employment status.
