Course Description:

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued at work. While high standards and professional disagreements are a natural part of business, there is a distinct line where behavior crosses into bullying. This learning blast is designed to help you see that line clearly and empower you to foster a culture where performance is fueled by psychological safety. By recognizing the difference between tough management, peer conflict, and actual misconduct, you become an active guardian of our culture.

You will learn how to:

  • Distinguish the critical differences between routine workplace conflict, constructive management, and actual bullying;
  • Recognize the subtle and overt signs of bullying behavior and its impact on team morale;
  • Apply specific, safe strategies to document and report incidents, whether you are a target or a witness.
