Course Description:

This 6-hour class takes an active look to address your current time management approaches and gives you options that fit you and your staff's lives. It also takes a closer look at understanding the pitfalls associated with bad time management and how to avoid them.

- Identify time management issues with employees;
- Establish new strategies for better time management;
- Engage in using tools for more efficient time management.
