Working remotely has become common place with today's modern workforce. According to Gallup Polling, in April of 2020, remote working by employees polled was at an all-time high of 62%. With the foreseeable future unclear, it is important for management and supervisors to become familiar with skills and strategies for managing remote workers. Join us for this virtual training where we establish best practices for managing the remote workforce.

This program is designed to equip managers and supervisors to:

Effectively communicate standards of performance and task expectations;

Consistently provide performance feedback and coaching; and

Appropriately apply corrective actions.
