Course Description:

Looking at that ever-growing to-do list? Unable to even find where to start? Reviewing your current time management strategies and reassessing your game plan can help increase your productivity, help avoid procrastination, and -- most importantly -- relieve unneeded stress.​​

This three-hour course takes an active approach to address your current time management skills and gives you options that fit your life. It also takes a closer look at understanding the pitfalls associated with bad time management and what to avoid.​

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the meaning and importance of time management;
  • Identify perceived myths of time management;
  • Understand the differences between deep and shallow work;
  • Establish new strategies for better time management;
  • Engage in using tools for more efficient time management.​
