Effective communication is at the heart of performance for individuals, teams, and organizations. It is even more important when you are also managing change and uncertainty in the workplace. Join us for this interactive virtual training class, where we will share research-based strategies for improving conversations and driving engagement in challenging times.​

By the end of the class, participants will:

  • Learn how individual and team values drive decisions;
  • Explore how to use neuroscience for improving performance; and
  • Practice using research-based tools and strategies for improving conversations.
