This certification is an intensive, personalized leadership development program designed to equip DOP-P18 Component IV eligible government supervisors and managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to recognize and adapt to changing environments while effectively managing themselves, their workplace relationships, and their teams. This certification is eligible for up to a 5% discretionary increase under the DOP Pay Plan Policy (DOP-P12).*
How to apply:
1. Complete the online 2023-24 MFE Application Form (Application Deadline: Closed).
2. Ensure your manager receives the electronic recommendation and submits it before the application deadline.
