Managing for Excellence Certification Program

This certification is an intensive, personalized leadership development program designed to equip DOP-P18 Component IV eligible government supervisors and managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to recognize and adapt to changing environments while effectively managing themselves, their workplace relationships, and their teams. Take a moment to view the MFE Fact Sheet​ and our 2025 Certificate Flyer for more information.​​

How to apply:

  1. 1. Complete the online 2025-26 MFE Application Form (Application Deadline: April 15, 2025).​

  2. 2. Ensure your manager receives the electronic recommendation and submits it before the application deadline.​
