The West Virginia Division of Personnel's OHRD section is pleased to announce the 2019 2nd Semester Program Schedule is now available for registration. All sessions (face-to-face and online) scheduled for July through December 2019 are now open for enrollment to state government employees via the WV Learning Center website at www.onlinelearning.wv.gov.
