Enroll in this certification program and learn how to enhance your agency's training events to make them more engaging and effective for your learners.
The program includes the DOP classes: Introduction to Adult Learning: Enhancing Performance Through Active Training, Train the Trainer: Developing Learning Leaders, and the Train the Trainer: E-Learning Edition online module, along with performance tests, additional study materials, and a comprehensive exam.
Please note: Each of these classes must be taken in order over the course of the calendar year in which you apply, even if you may have completed one of them previously.

- Please discuss this with their supervisor prior to submitting an application so they will understand the approval request when they receive it in their email.
