The West Virginia Division of Personnel's OHRD section is pleased to announce the 2018 1st Semester Program Schedule is now available for registration. All sessions (face-to-face and online) scheduled for January through June 2018 are now open for enrollment to state government employees via the WV Learning Center website at onlinelearning.wv.gov.
