Be sure to keep your account contact information – name, address, phone, and email address – up to date. It’s your account information that’s used to contact you, regardless of the contact information you list on any application. You are NOT required to notify us of name, address, phone, or email address changes as long as you keep your online account information current, and you do NOT have to re-apply to change your account contact information.
Also keep in mind that we cannot see changes to the education or work history parts of your application unless you apply for a specific job.
To update your account, log in and click on “My Account” and then on “Edit Contact Information.” Be sure to to edit the information.
